Imagine how governments will react to this. At one end, they might nationalize AI altogether. That is no longer feasible. You can operate outside the jurisdiction of Country X and have full access (think of how people are using VPN from India to access Polymarket and such). Perhaps governments will now try to regulate AI. That seems difficult to do.
